Full Description

This is a notice of award for contract FA8808-18-C-0006 IAW FAR 5.301. IAW FAR 19.805(b)(2), MILSATCOM was authorized by Small Business Administration letter 1013/18/800777, dated 4 January 2018, to negotiate a non-competitive 8(a) Program award of contract FA8808-18-C-0006. Due to the estimated value and the resultant awarded contract value, a Justification & Approval (J&A) was not necessary IAW FAR 19.808-1(a). The contractor shall provide operations and Level-1 maintenance of software and hardware at the EPS ground sites located at Schriever Air Force Base (SAFB) and Clear Air Force Station (CAFS). The contractor shall also provide for coordination with various depots in support of Level-2 hardware and software maintenance responsibilities. The period of performance is a 12-Month Base Period Plus Four 12-month Option Periods (with the option to extend six months IAW FAR 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services), from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2023 (not including the optional six month extension IAW FAR 52.217-8).
