The 434th Contracting Squadron, Grissom ARB, Indiana is soliciting offers for a contemplated purchase on a commercial Firm-Fixed Price contract for four (4) each ETVS display units with installation as listed below. NOTE: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER A CONTRACT. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the contemplated purchase of commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is F5D3029212AC03.
