ENTERPRISE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE &DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ASSESSMENT

The Orleans Parish School Board (NOLA-PS) has issued Request for Proposal No. 27-0057 for an Enterprise Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation Assessment. The primary objective of this engagement is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the district's administrative workflows, organizational governance, and technology landscape. This includes a deep dive into the Munis Tyler Enterprise ERP, Student Information System (SIS) platforms such as PowerSchool, Salesforce, and Avela, and other critical data systems. The selected contractor will be responsible for identifying process bottlenecks and providing strategic recommendations for redesign, with a specific emphasis on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to optimize operations. Key deliverables include current-state process maps, technology assessments, governance guidance, and a phased implementation roadmap spanning 12, 24, and 36 months. Proposals must be submitted electronically to the Executive Director of Procurement no later than October 20, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. The submission must adhere to a strict 20-page limit and follow a specific multi-tab format covering firm background, qualifications, cost proposals, and DBE partnership documentation. NOLA-PS will award the contract to the most qualified proposer based on a best-value determination, considering overall long-term advantages to the district. Evaluation may include investigations into a firm's ability to perform, such as reviewing verbal or written client references. The contract is subject to specific legal requirements, including compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and the Louisiana Public Information Act, and is conditioned upon the availability of appropriated funds.
