The Human Capital Management Solutions Branch (HCMSB) requires IT professional services to support the Case Management Tool stream. We require two (2) IM/IT professionals a with specialized knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technologies, on an “as and when requested” basis in the National Capital Region (NCR), including:
Oracle PeopleSoft Human Resource Management Software (HRMS),
Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and
Oracle PeopleSoft North America (NA) Payroll;
The required resources will support ERP systems and ERP-related projects specific to MyGCHR, that are managed and controlled by the Human Capital Management Solutions Branch (HCMSB). Requirements will be limited to the scope of the contract and to projects related to:
• business transformation of existing ERP solutions;
• implementation of new ERP solutions;
• departmental onboarding to new common ERP solutions;
• integration of common ERP systems with departmental systems;
• modernization and evolution of existing ERP solutions (e.g. mobile technology); and
• promotion and support for the adoption of common solutions.
