The single award IDIQ will be awarded to Tecolote Research for a five year ordering period from 30 September 2020- 29 September 2025 for a maximum ceiling amount of $100,000,000.00. Tecolote will be awarded the first task order in the amount of $15,967,148.00. for a base period of twelve months and four-twelve month option period to include the six month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
