Le ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), par le biais de sa Direction générale des ressources informationnelles (DGRI) requiert des services relatifs à l’entretien de son système de téléphonie IP Avaya pour une durée de trente-six (36) mois. Le présent appel d’offres concerne l’utilisation des licences Avaya suivantes : 1. 500 licences abonnement « CORE » 2. 100 licences abonnement « POWER » 3. 30 licences abonnement « CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE » pour profil d’Agent et Superviseur de centre de contact. Le centre de contact en service est le « Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) ». La consommation de ces licences doit être flottante. Soit consommer uniquement lorsque le profil est authentifié. Le Ministère peut configurer autant de profils que le système le permet puisque la configuration d’un profil n’implique pas nécessairement son authentification. Le présent contrat débutera le 1er août 2026 pour se terminer trente-six (36) mois plus tard. Les quantités estimées dans le bordereau de prix sont fournies à titre indicatif seulement et ne doivent pas être considérées comme un engagement de la part du ministre. La soumission doit être présentée par un prestataire de services ayant, au Québec ou dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental applicable, un établissement où il exerce ses activités de façon permanente, clairement identifié à son nom et accessible durant les heures normales de bureau.
