OBJET DE L’AVIS D’INTENTION Le CIUSSS CODIM recherche à réaliser une entente de service pour l’entretien de son groupe de lits Hill-Rom (Versacare® avec mousse en surface, les lits VersaCare A.I.R® surface et les lits Careassist®)de l’Hôpital Général Juif de Montréal. Le CIUSSS désire un contrat de service d’entretien complet de tous les modèles de lits inclus dans ce groupe. Le fournisseur de service devra offrir un service d’entretien préventif, de réparation et du remplacement des pièces défectueuses sans frais additionnel et dans un délai de 1 jour ouvrable (service en 24h exception pour les weekends) suivant un appel de service. 2.
