This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-78. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. Note: Third party pass through will not be accepted. This solicitation is issued as 100% small business set aside; award will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and the evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Offeror submission shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work to be properly considered as technically acceptable and shall quote ALL items; provide any additional authorized reseller/certification letters and teaming agreements to be eligible for award. An offerors failure to attach all proper documentation requested in the RFQ will NOT be considered for award.
