Contract Number N4019226D5000, Environmental Compliance Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Services at Joint Region Marianas (JRM), Guam under the Cognizance of the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Marianas has been awarded to Ayuda Companies. The Contract is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity with a maximum aggregate amount of $35,000,000.00 (12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and optional six-month extension of services).  Contract award was made for Mobilization and Base Period Recurring Work (20 April 2026 – 19 April 2027), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) 0001 and 0002. If all options are exercised, the final completion date is 19 April 2031.

The Contractor shall perform environmental services for JRM to ensure their operations demonstrate and maintain compliance with all applicable Federal, U.S. territory, and local environmental statutes and regulations, and with Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy environmental policies, permits, instructions, and guidance. Environmental services shall include the following environmental compliance programs: clean air, safe drinking water, clean water, hazardous waste, pollution prevention, oil management, solid waste management, pesticide compliance, Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), ozone depleting substances management, storage tank management, environmental quality assessment, National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), Environmental Management system, environmental sampling and analysis, and overall environmental compliance oversight. The work shall be performed for JRM installations, Supported Components and Tenant Commands on the island of Guam, including Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB) and Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB). Work may be required at locations other than JRM or Guam to ensure that JRM environmental operations and facilities comply with applicable statutes, regulations, policies, permits, instructions, and guidance.
