This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation. The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd. Baltimore Md. 21220 is requesting quotes for environmental services. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912K6-17-Q-2004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This request will be for a base year plus four (4) option years. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This procurement will be full and open. IAW FAR 6.102 The NAICS code is 541380. This requirement falls under the Services Contract Act Wage Determination No.: 2005-2247. Please see attached Wage Determination. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); if registration has not been accomplished the web site for registration is http://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 2:00PM, EST, 23 March 2017. SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY, FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any Request for Information is due by 2:00PM EST. 21 March, 2017 and submitted to: usaf.md.175-wg.list.msc@mail.mil. Government intends to make one award. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation. Period of Performance shall start 3 April, 2017 for a duration of 1 year. EACH CLIN LINE MUST BE PRICED. This is a base plus four (4) OPTION years, base plus 4 option years must be priced.
