In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912K6-17-Q-5000 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This request will be for a base year plus four (4) option years. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This procurement will be full and open.
