DISA/DITCO is purchasing ViaSat's EP-3 Model Aircraft Ku-band Spread Spectrum Services for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is SBS0008. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78, November 25, 2014. The NAICS for this procurement is 517410. The small business size standard is $32.5 million.
