Amendment 002 to extend closing date to July 5 2023 at 2:00PM DST. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 28, 2023 at 2:00pm DST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm DST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada seeks to be supplied with temporary live steam generation to feed into the existing de-icing pipe at Rideau Falls East and West Dams in Ottawa. It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Rideau Falls (West side) at National Research Council of Canada 100 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario on Thursday June 1st 2023. The site visit will begin at 10:00 EDT, outside at Rideau Falls (West side). Personnel security screening is required prior to gaining authorized access to PROTECTED information, assets, or sites. The Bidder’s Company Security Officer (CSO) must ensure that their representative(s) hold a valid security clearance at the required level for the site visit. Failure to comply with the security requirements will result in the representative(s) being denied access to the site.
