The intent of this RFP is to find Successful Proponents capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). EPCOR requires resources for upcoming projects and therefore intends to execute Master Service Agreements with multiple proponents. The anticipated future resources primarily include Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Adminstrators, Contract Administrators, Estimators, Project Schedulers, and Document Controllers. The Owner may request additional professional services such as, but not limited to, DataAsset Intelligence Specialist, Data Steward, OT system administrators, OT Communications engineers, and OT architects. The Successful Proponents will enter into Master Services Agreements that prequalify the Proponents to submit proposals to provide appropriate resources in response to EPCOR issued Project Requests. The Project Manager resources outlined above will have relevant experience in utility construction programs with an emphasis on safe, efficient delivery of life cycle replacement projects in existing energized substations. The Successful Proponents will be accountable for all aspects of project delivery from project inception through to close out, including: cost and schedule monitoring, scheduling crews and resources, contract management, HSE reporting, quality management, coordinating regulatory deliverables and records management.
