The intent of this RFP is to find Successful Proponents to supply and deliver electrical distributor items. The Successful Proponents are required to supply the Work on a regular or as requested basis, with deliveries made DDP (Incoterms 2010) to EPCOR’s facilities. The Proponents may bid on all or any number of items listed in Attachment 1 – List of Electrical Items attached to Schedule “A”. EPCOR plans to enter into multiple MSAs to ensure all items are available from Successful Proponents for each Uclass Category identified in Attachment 1 to Schedule A – List of Electrical Items. Where a proponent is successful in one category, items and prices proposed on other categories may be included in their resulting agreement.
