The Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS Notification 61652) is a regulatory permit issued by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to Judy Jurin for the installation of a Class II watercourse culvert crossing in Humboldt County, California. The project scope includes vegetation removal, bank stabilization, and the maintenance or installation of watercourse crossings, as well as the repair of inboard ditches, cross drains, waterbars, and culverts.
