Epoxy Primer, MIL-DTL-53022

The Department of Defense, through the W6QK Acc-Apg Cont Ct Tyad Ofc, is seeking qualified sources to supply 1,000 kits of Off-White Epoxy Primer meeting MIL-DTL-53022, Type IV, Class L specification. Each kit consists of a 1-gallon component (Part A, Product Code 22167WEP) and a 1-quart component (Part B, Product Code 22170CEH), forming a two-part system that is corrosion inhibiting, high solids, lead-free, chromate-free, and compliant with Hazardous Air Pollutant Free (HAPs-Free) standards with a maximum VOC content of 2.8 lbs/gal. The material must be currently listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) for MIL-DTL-53022 and must be shipped with no less than 80% of the manufacturer’s total shelf life remaining. The expiration date must be clearly marked on the product, accompanying quote, and invoice. As a HAZMAT item, the shipment must include the most current Safety Data Sheet and Technical Data Sheet.
