Call-centre Temporary Personnel EQ732-231844/A Christopher Casale Telephone No.: 343-575-5249 Christopher.casale@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide reliability security-cleared, bilingual, call-centre temporary personnel on a shift-basis to the National Service Call Centre of PWGSC located at 4900 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) or any other Government of Canada Satellite Office as determined by the Project Authority. The resources will be required on an as-and-when requested basis for a period of two (2) years from date of Standing Offer Issuance with an option to extend for three (3) - one (1) year periods. It is anticipated that up to 3 standing offers will be issued as a result of this request for standing offers. Offerors must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2023-08-04 by 14:00 EDT. All offers submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the offer being declared non-responsive.
