Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide contracted resources on an 'as and when requested basis' to the Directorate of Land Command Systems Program Management (DLCSPM). This requirement is in support of the Canadian Army’s Equipment Fielding Detachment (EFD) ) at CFB Valcartier.
