The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SJN-66366-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Robelyne Patricio of San Joaquin County. The project includes the replacement of the existing Escalon-Bellota Bridge over Littlejohns Creek with a wider, two-span, cast-in-place pre-stressed concrete slab bridge. Prior to existing bridge removal, vegetation within the Project footprint will be cleared. A temporary detour bridge will be constructed adjacent to the existing bridge, and a water diversion system will be implemented. Once the new bridge has been constructed, the temporary detour bridge and water diversion system will be removed, and the detour area will be restored to pre-construction conditions.
