ESJC – PEST CONTROL SERVICE BID

Education and Training Resources is soliciting bids for a fee-for-services subcontract to provide monthly pest control services at the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center in Missouri. The scope of work includes preventative insect and rodent spraying across 18 buildings on a monthly basis, additional spraying and trap laying upon request, special visits for infestations, and the provision of service reports for all campus visits. The period of performance is scheduled from October 1, 2026, to September 31, 2027. Bids must be submitted by 12pm CST on August 14, 2026, to Michael Bugner. To be considered, bidders must pass mandatory gates by providing a completed bid sheet with a detailed cost breakdown, Missouri licensing and credentials, certificates of insurance, a proposed service schedule, and required vendor paperwork including Form W-9 and a Vendor Acknowledgement Form. The winning bidder must maintain an active SAM.gov registration and a Unique Entity ID. Award will be based on the best overall value, as determined by ETR. The contract is subject to various federal regulations, including the Service Contract Act, the Davis Bacon Act, and specific FAR clauses regarding debarment and anti-lobbying certifications. Payment terms are set at 30 days from the date of invoicing.
