This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 541330 Engineering Services* with a size standard of $25.5M*. Contractor shall establish accurate Construction Cost Data Special Location Factors for use in the Indian Health Service's (IHS) Facility Budget Estimating System (FBES) in FY 2025.
