Estate Agency Services for Herefordshire Council's Commercial Estate

Herefordshire Council is seeking a supplier to provide estate agency services for its commercial property estate, excluding retail properties. The scope of work includes managing rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gearing, and other lease events, as well as the marketing and letting of vacant premises across Herefordshire. The supplier must adhere to the RICS Code of Conduct, and the procurement is governed by the Procurement Act 2023. Small and medium-sized enterprises are identified as particularly suitable for this contract. The agreement is set for an initial three-year term from November 27, 2026, to November 26, 2029, with the option for two additional 12-month extensions. While the overarching agreement has a set term, individual work packages may extend beyond that period. The estimated contract value is approximately 250,000 GBP, with a maximum spend limit of 450,000 GBP excluding VAT. Award decisions will be based on a weighted evaluation of quality at 63 percent, price at 25 percent, and social value at 12 percent.
