Triple A S.A. E.S.P. has issued a Request for Information (RFI) under solicitation number Doc5942480586 to conduct a market study for emergency replacement services of sanitary sewer networks with diameters ranging from 8 to 10 inches. This exploratory and non-binding process aims to gather structured and comparable information from providers to inform a future selection stage. The scope of work is primarily focused on the north and southeast zones of Barranquilla and the municipality of Soledad, with an estimated service duration of twelve months or until assigned resources are exhausted. To participate, providers must demonstrate specific technical and financial capabilities, including the certification of at least 200 square meters of pavement and sidewalk construction or reconstruction. Additionally, they must provide up to three contracts, purchase orders, or invoices from the last five years with a value of 200,000,000 COP or more. All proposals must be submitted in Colombian Pesos via the SAP Ariba Sourcing platform. Selected providers will be required to adhere to technical specification document PI-IN-DC-8 and fulfill tax obligations, including the payment of district stamps within ten days of award notification.
