AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 25, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Transport Canada (TC) requires the construction of an Aircraft Hangar facility in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The hangar is being completed as part of the National Aerial Surveillance Program (NASP) providing a space for fixed surveillance aircraft for the Prairie and Northern region. The new NASP Aircraft Hangar will provide for a total of >2,500 m² (gross area) of space for aircraft storage and maintenance, storage, grounds operations, and offices. “This procurement is subject to: Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and His Majesty the King in Right of Canada (Nunavut Directive)”.
