AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 31, 2023 at 2:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), is seeking tenders for the replacement of two existing boiler systems and three humidifier systems that service the Morden Research and Development Centre. The scope of work for this requirement includes plumbing, mechanical, electrical, controls and other work throughout, as detailed in the attached specs and drawings. There is an existing Johnson DDC system presently installed in the building. All materials must be selected to ensure compatibility with the existing controls system. Construction will be performed during full operation of the facilities, as a result project phasing must be planned to ensure that disruption to the daily operation of the facilities is kept to a minimum. Due to these constraints it is strongly recommended that potential bidders attend the optional site visit. There will be a site visit on August 16, 2023 at 10:00AM CDT. Interested bidders are to meet at the west entrance of Building 72 at the AAFC Morden Research and Development Centre (MRDC), Route 100, Morden, Manitoba
