AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 23, 2023 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and His Majesty the King in Right of Canada. In accordance with section 9.35.35 Notification of Procurement, this is to provide notification of the subject solicitation. This solicitation is limited for bidding among firms registered on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in association with Parks Canada requires services for a Program of Work for multiple projects, each with different requirements. The new Nunavut Minor Cap and Housing program of work. One Construction Management Firm is required to deliver the full scope of work for all projects and activities. The Terms of Reference (TOR) have been developed to engage a Contractor (referred to herein as “Construction Management Firm (CM)” or “Contractor”) to provide Construction Management (CM) Advisory (CMa) and CM General Contractor (CMc), Semi-at-Risk services for the V-Division Minor Cap and Housing program of work. The TOR includes the project scope, procedures and performance requirements for each project. See Terms of Reference for more details. This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
