Euclid Avenue Mixed-Use Project

The Euclid Avenue Mixed-Use Project, managed by the City of East Palo Alto in California, involves a large-scale redevelopment effort focused on transforming an existing site. The project entails the demolition of 13 occupied office buildings totaling approximately 49,088 square feet to make way for two new six-story structures. These new buildings, consisting of one mixed-use and one residential facility, will provide roughly 923,224 square feet of space, including up to 430 residential units and 2,074 square feet of ground-floor retail, developed across two phases. In addition to the primary construction, the project includes public infrastructure improvements such as the creation of two new emergency vehicle access roads and the installation of a basketball court in Bell Street Park. This forecast project is coordinated through the City of East Palo Alto, with primary contact managed by Associate Planner Alvin Jen.
