The County of Frontenac (County) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY of: ONE (1) 2026 EV Cargo Van Requirements of VehicleVehicle type: New battery-electric cargo van suitable for municipal/commercial fleet use.Body style: Cargo van with extended-length body and high-roof configuration, or manufacturer equivalent that provides comparable cargo capacity and interior standing room.Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR): Approximately 9,500 lbs medium-duty class, or equivalent.Drive configuration: two-wheel drive or equivalent commercial-duty drivetrain.Seating capacity: Two front seats minimum.Cargo configuration: No rear passenger seating; enclosed rear cargo area with no cargo-area side windows preferred unless required by manufacturer configuration.Side and rear access: Passenger-side sliding door and rear cargo doors with wide-opening capability.Battery and propulsion: Factory-installed electric drive system with traction battery suitable for daily fleet operations.Charging: Vehicle must be supplied with a mobile charging cord compatible with 120V/240V charging.
