AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 28, 2023 by 2:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is seeking tenders for the North Portal Traveler Building Flooring Replacement at the Saskatchewan Port of Entry Travellers Building and Commercial Building. The scope of work for this project is to replace approximately 428 m2 in flooring with new carpet, porcelain floor tile, sheet flooring, and rubber base in a portion of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) North Portal, Saskatchewan Port of Entry Travellers Building and Commercial Building. The border crossing operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week, requiring phasing and temporary furniture relocation to maintain full operations with minimal disruptions during flooring replacement.
