AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 17, 2023 at 2:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), is seeking tenders for the conversion of the existing Building Automation Systems (BAS) controlling the original building and a portion of the expansion building to a single system. Existing systems controlling the research equipment (Delta System) must remain in place and separate from the new BAS.Construct Work in phases to accommodate the continued use of the building operation. Coordinate work with the Departmental Representative. Coordinate the requirement for weekend work to keep system operational during normal business hours with the Departmental Representative. Due to these constraints it is strongly recommended that potential bidders attend the optional site visit. There will be an optional site visit on October 11, 2023 at 10:00AM Central Time. Interested bidders are to meet at the west entrance of 410 Lowe Road, Saskatoon, SK.
