Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is inviting qualified Design-Build (DB) bidders to deliver a Water Pumping Station and Reservoir at Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert., Saskatchewan for Correctional Service Canada (CSC).PSPC requires the services of a DB firm, acting in the capacity of General Contractor, together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-contractors, registered to practice in the province of Saskatchewan to undertake the design and build services required for this project. The DB shall assign qualified staff or engage the services of Specialist Consultants licensed to practice in Saskatchewan as required to provide the design services to meet the deliverable requirements.CSC requires a new water pump station, potable/fire water reservoir, and distribution infrastructure to replace the existing facility and distribution infrastructure at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary. CSC requires a reliable and safe supply of potable water and emergency water used for firefighting purposes to serve the Saskatchewan Penitentiary. CSC requires the safe shut-down and disconnection of the existing pumphouse and reservoir following completion and full commissioning of the new pumphouse.
