AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 30, 2024 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Correctional Services Canada has a requirement to replace the C33 loading dock at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: selective demolition of existing loading dock and construction of new enclosed loading dock; structural cast-in-place concrete foundation supported by helical piles and a structural steel frame roof structure with metal-clad walls and roof covering; landscaping; mechanical works including modification of existing stormwater lines, installation of a portable fire extinguisher, and a new ventilation system; Electrical work: adding lighting and control system, branch devices, mechanical equipment and power connections complete with branch wiring and conduits And fire alarm system.
