The objective of the contract is to inform and assist Environment and Climate Change Canada to understand the potential for new Low-Carbon Hydrogen Hubs in Canada and how they can be used to reduce the carbon intensity of fossil-based natural gas systems in Canada while using the blended gas in such a way as to Cost-Effectively reduce the most greenhouse gas emissions feasible. The Contractor will provide a report and presentation based on the results achieved in accordance with the parameters set out in this Statement of Work. The period of the Contract from award will be 15 weeks. All documents and/or attachments related to this solicitation can be found on the CanadaBuys posting. Evaluation methodology: Highest combination of technical merit (60%) and Price (40%)
