The CLARE program requests expressions of interest for a team to conduct a phased evaluation of the CLARE program, focusing mainly on its research pillar (with potential scope to look at connections with other pillars as appropriate in relation to key evaluation questions as feasible and appropriate). The evaluation would commence by January 2025 (around the mid-point of the current cohorts of projects) and would run until December 2026, with priority questions being addressed at appropriate moments based on project maturity and to respond to key use opportunities.
