Professional Services For Human Behavioral Science

VIA is seeking a professional services expert in human behavioral sciences to assist the management team in performing a complete assessment of its train operations activities and in identifying recommendations and implementing initiatives to improve: -Risk identification and mitigation associated with human factors such as fatigue, lack of focus, multi-tasking, high cognitive loads, complex environments, and unusual circumstances. -Crew Resource Management (CRM). -Occurrence investigation and self-reporting processes with regards to Human Factors. -Training and awareness strategy including content, plan, and effectiveness. -Safety Management System and processes performance and effectiveness. -Safety culture In order to be able to submit a Tender, the Tenderer must be able to comply with all the following mandatory criterias: -The team lead must be able to communicate in English or in French. -The Tenderer must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in human behavioral science. -At least one team member assigned to VIA ‘s mandate must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in human behavioral science. -All team members must be able to travel across Canada. -The Tenderer must be able to deliver the reports in English and in French. -All team members must be able to start the services within seven (7) calendar days following the contract signature.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
