Description of the Requirement: The Partnership Evaluation Division (referred to as the “Project Authority”) within Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking the professional services of a Consulting firm who has experience working with Indigenous Peoples and communities to conduct qualitative lines of evidence for the evaluation of the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISET). The Consultant will be responsible for recruitment and data collection with end-beneficiaries (or program participants).
