EVgo Services LLC – EVC RAA

The EVgo Services LLC – EVC RAA project, identified by solicitation number EVC-25-001R, is an initiative overseen by the California Energy Commission to expand and restore electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The scope of work involves the replacement of 19 non-operational public electric vehicle charger ports and the installation of 17 additional direct current fast charging (DCFC) ports, resulting in a total of 36 charging ports. All charging ports must be operated and maintained in strict accordance with the requirements set forth in Title 23, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 680. Technical work will be performed on previously developed land, such as existing parking lots, and may include minor site modifications including trenching for electrical wiring and the replacement of electrical panels and breakers. The project will be implemented across nine specific sites located in various California cities and counties, including Anaheim, Davis, Fresno, Livermore, Ontario, Pleasanton, Rosemead, Simi Valley, and Yuba City. These locations span Alameda, Fresno, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Sutter, Ventura, and Yolo counties. A California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Notice of Exemption has been issued for this project, as the work is categorized as minor alterations on existing developed land with no significant environmental impact.
