Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Public Services and Procurement Canada requires a temporary fit up of an existing Warehouse building in Calgary, AB as a secure storage and parking area for 400-600 vehicles. The Warehouse facility has a total area of 46,320 sqm featuring 10.97-meter clear ceiling heights with existing ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting, dock loading and 96 exterior trailer parking stalls. The Warehouse building includes the following existing areas/structures: Three separate office spaces for Three people, staff lunchroom for thirty-six people with separate locker area, washrooms and a separate shipping and receiving office for two people. Building has an exterior fenced and secured loading area. Building has seventy-eight loading docks, and four drive-in locations into the interior space.
