THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIRMENT. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Public Works and Government Services Canada is inviting qualified Design-Build bidders to deliver work comprising of demolition/decommissioning of radio antennae towers and sites at Wainwright, Nose Hill, Spirit River, Brooks, and Warburg Alberta, for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The Contractor must provide the complete design-build work as described in this tender. A full range of professional consultant and contractor services will be required during both the design and construction phases of the project. The work for this project will also include, but is not limited to, hazardous building material assessments, abatement and disposal and a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for each site. Although site visits are optional, attendance is highly recommended, as locating these radio towers may be challenging. Registered attendants are to meet at the locations and site visit start times as indicated in the RFP.
