AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 1, 2024 at 14:00 pm ET. All bids submitted after February 1, 2024 at 14:00 pm ET will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide services of a Canada Lands Surveyor (CLS) as defined by the Association of Canada Lands Surveyors, to perform eighteen (18) legal surveys of various locations throughout Nunavut Territories. The Services must be performed in accordance with the Canada Lands Surveyors Act, Canada Lands Surveyors Regulations (SOR/99-142) the National Standards for the Survey of Canada Lands and any other code of territorial or local application for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) and as described in the Annex Statement of Work. Canada’s E-plan sketches depict the general location and configuration of the boundaries to be surveyed and are available to Offerors by sending email request to the Contracting Authority for the project.
