Notice of Intent to Award The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton, CA, intends to issue a sole-source purchase order for EXata modeling and simulation software maintenance support for a Base Period of one year with four 12-month Option Periods. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order to Scalable Network Technologies, Inc. Scalable Network Technologies is the sole manufacturer and developer of EXata software and associated add-on modules. The Government has determined the award of this purchase order is the most cost effective and efficient action to avoid a substantial duplication of costs to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition at this time.
