Executive Coaching

Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a qualified organization to provide external executive coaching services for 18 to 26 leaders and high-potential employees, including senior executives, directors, managers, and individual contributors. The primary objective is to enhance leadership capabilities and support succession planning readiness. The program requires a minimum of 12 coaching sessions per participant, delivered over a period of 6 to 12 months, with sessions occurring on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. All coaches must be certified by the International Coaching Federation and adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics. The selected provider will be responsible for a structured coach-participant matching process, the administration of standardized assessments, and the conduct of quarterly progress reviews involving participants and their direct managers. Performance will be monitored through monthly activity reports and invoices. Proposals must follow a strict 14-section format covering coaching philosophy, qualifications, and data security, with a submission deadline of September 1, 2026. The place of performance is Oklahoma, with services delivered either in person or virtually. Evaluation will be based on technical merit, including coach credentials and methodology, as well as a standardized pricing structure.
