The Air Force Installation Contracting Center, specifically the 338 ESS at JBSA-Randolph, Texas, awarded a firm-fixed price, sole-source contract to Lone Star Aerospace, Inc. for the continued access, administration, and support of the AETC Executive Decision Model (EDM).
