Full Description

NOTICE OF INTENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2 intends to solicit and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price, task order with PICIS Clinical Solutions, Inc. (100 Quannapowitt Pkwy Ste 405, Wakefield, MA 01880) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. � 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2): Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contract anticipated effective date is October 1, 2021 for one year with four option years. This contract is for Clinical Information Systems (CIS) and Anesthesia Record Keeping (ARK) Systems Hardware and Software Support Services (CIS/ARK services) as a task order from VA Strategic Acquisition Center BPA 36C10G21A0007. The contractor shall provide annual maintenance (upgrades, maintenance, and technical support) for the following VISN 2 South locations: James J. Peters VA Medical Center (130 W. Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx, NY 10468); New Jersey Healthcare System (385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018); New York Harbor Healthcare System � Margaret Cochran Corbin campus (423 E 23 Street, New York, NY 10010); New York Harbor Healthcare System � Brooklyn campus (800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209); Northport VA Medical Center (79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768). The NAICS code is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) with a small business size standard of $30 Million.
