EXPANDED PANEL CORE MATERIAL

The contract calls for the procurement of one unit of expanded panel core material identified by NSN 1560LN0020872, manufactured in strict accordance with SAE AMS-C-7438 Revision A, with material specification CL 2 4.4 3/16.0015N 5056 alloy and temper, dimensions of 1.500 inches thick by 48.000 inches ribbon by 96.000 inches width. The material has no shelf life requirement and must be accompanied by metal certification data per CDRL-METALSCERT-26124, referencing QAP 13873 and DD Form 1423, with all certification records accessible through the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements. Sampling must comply with MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, or an equivalent zero-based plan, where critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II with corresponding AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively; unspecified attributes are deemed major. Acceptance requires zero non-conformances if MIL-STD-105/ASQ Z1.4 is used for lot sizing. The item must be packed to prevent damage during shipment, in compliance with ASTM D3951 subject to precedence by DLA Master List requirements, and labeled per MIL-STD-129 with palletization governed by RP001. Physical identification of the bare item must follow RQ017 standards, and the unit of issue is each (EA) with a quantity of one.
