On May 14, 2026, the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511, awarded Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract N0018926DW006 for Surface Warfare Division 80 Analytical Operational Test and Evaluation Support Services for Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR) as a competitive service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside award to Evaltek, Inc in the amount of $21,162,716.36 for a base five year ordering period, and a FAR 52.217-8 six-month option period.  


The objective of this requirement is provide support in evaluating the operational effectiveness and suitability of the system under test that has been assigned to OPTEVFOR for OT&E in accordance with the processes and procedures prescribed in the Operational Test and Evaluation Manual (M-3980.2 (series)). Further specified requirements include test design, test planning, modeling and simulation support, test execution, post-test iterative process and reporting, and cyber survivability test planning. The PSC for this effort is R425 and the NAICS is 541330 exception 2.
