The rental space must yield of 152,563 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet. The term requirement is for twenty (20) years. The space must be available for occupancy by July 1, 2012. All properties offered to the Govenrment in conjunction with this requirement must be located within Northern virginia. The Government is currently located in multiple contractor-provided and government-provided classified locations throughout Northern Virginia and seeks a location to consolidate and reduce facility costs.
