The National Park Service intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a 1 year base and 4 option years sole-source firm-fixed-priced contract to the Township of Leland, Michigan. This contract will provide a 50 x 30 parking area, adequate deep water docking for the installation of a floating dock for the 28 foot personnel transport and 40 foot Packman Landing Craft or other adequate docking space for Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (SLBE) in accordance with FAR 13.106. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals and is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. The Government intends to solicit, evaluate, and award this as a sole source requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by February 21, 2013 at 3:00 pm CST via email. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
