Solicitation # F/105/PHS/25/JH
This notice outlines the intention to award a National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Prescription Hub Services, specifically covering stoma and catheter services. Managed by the Countess Of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, the framework is governed by the Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime Regulations 2023 and is available to all Relevant Authorities. The agreement commenced on 11 September 2025 for a four-year term and is divided into five lots: stoma prescription services, catheter prescription services, a combined prescription service, stoma pre- and post-operative care support, and a combined service covering both prescriptions and care support.
